In the second episode of our podcast ‘The Research Behind Lift the Lid’, we interview Dr Vijaya Manicavasagar from the Black Dog Institute. Dr Manicavasagar talks a bit about what we can do to help our mental health during COVID-19, as well as her findings from her 2008 Australian Rotary Health Mental Health Research Grant project: “A randomised controlled trial of mindfulness- based cognitive therapy versus treatment as usual for bipolar disorder and comorbid anxiety.”
