What a line-up!

Rotary South Pacific’s 2026 Conference will unite leaders from across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific for two transformative days of insight, fellowship and strategic focus on People, Planet and Peace – shaping the region’s impact and direction for the years ahead.

Rotary South Pacific is coming together in Melbourne, 30 October – 1 November 2026, for two powerful days that will strengthen leadership, deepen connection and inspire action across our region.

Under the bold theme People. Planet. Peace. this conference, convened by Rotary International Director Jennifer Scott AM and chaired by PDG Tony Monley OAM, is not simply a gathering – it is where Rotary’s future direction across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific will be energised.

You will hear directly from Rotary International President Elect Larry Lunsford, offering global insight into Rotary’s next chapter. Past Rotary International President and Rotary Foundation Trustee Gordon McInally will highlight how strategic giving translates into measurable humanitarian impact worldwide.

The Planet theme will be led by Bridget Teirney, exploring environmental stewardship as an expression of community care and long-term resilience. The Peace stream features Associate Professor Sebastian Kaempf, Director of the Rotary Peace Centre at the University of Queensland, addressing how Rotary can strengthen social cohesion and build positive peace in a complex digital age.

Guiding us across two dynamic days will be our Masters of Ceremony, PDG Stephen O’Connell OAM and PDG Jenn Wong, bringing energy, clarity and connection to every session.

Beyond the keynote stage, Melbourne 2026 offers meaningful fellowship, the vibrant House of Friendship, the End Polio Now Walk, governor cohort dinners, Rotaractor gatherings and a dedicated Fellowship Dinner for Rotarians who simply wish to reconnect.
