Goolwa the place to be for golfers in 2025
The International Golfing Fellowship of Rotarians (IGFR) Australia recently held its annual tournament in Busselton, WA, where golfers from every state played in the week-long event.
The next event for the IGFR Australia will be held at the South Lakes Golf Club in Goolwa, SA. The South Lakes Golf Course is a beautiful course on the Murray River and on the edge of South Australia’s wine country. It is a wonderful place for a getaway.
The event starts on Sunday, April 6, 2025, and finishes on Friday, April 11.
There are four rounds of golf along with organised tours for the non-playing partners.
This event is being organised by the Rotary Clubs of Adelaide and Goolwa, SA, with the majority of funds raised going towards the Whalers Peninsular Community Housing project.
For a week of fun, golf and meeting fellow Rotarians with a common interest in both golf and raising funds for a local community project, Goolwa is the place to be in April 2025.
