The Autumn and Spring Galas
The inaugural Autumn Gala, held in May 2019, was a very successful event organised by the Rotary Club of Karratha. Dubbed the ‘Black Tie Charity Event of the Season’, the Red Earth Arts Precinct in Karratha was converted into a stunning ballroom for a spectacular evening of food, drinks, entertainment and fundraising in support of the Royal Flying Doctors Service (RFDS).
Following the success of the 2019 event, a second Autumn Gala was planned for May 8, 2021. However, COVID-19 lockdowns saw the sold-out event morph into the Spring Gala. Held on August 21, more than $20,000 was raised in support of Camp Quality.
